Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026. These terms apply when you use Clockhund (clockhund.com). By creating an account or subscribing to the team plan you agree to them. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can.
1. Who provides the service
Clockhund is provided by Dibsido.com s.r.o., Hlinky 995/70, Staré Brno, 603 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID 04779568, VAT ID CZ04779568. Contact: hello@clockhund.com.
2. What Clockhund does
Clockhund adds up working hours: time cards with breaks and overnight shifts, overtime by the rules you pick, pay, converters between hours and minutes and decimal hours, and timesheets as PDF and CSV. The calculators on the website are free and need no account. With an account you can keep hours on our servers; the team plan keeps hours for several people.
3. Calculations, not legal advice
The calculators apply the rules shown next to them (for example the U.S. federal overtime rule, a state preset or the German Working Hours Act) to what you enter. They are calculations, not legal, tax or payroll advice. Collective agreements, contracts and special rules can change the result, so check results against the contract and the law that apply to you. We link the sources we used and the date we checked them.
4. Free use and the free account
The calculators are free of charge. A free account keeps the hours of one person. We may change what the free version includes; what you already saved stays available to you.
5. The team plan
- The team plan is a subscription per account, not per person, billed monthly or yearly. It covers up to 15 people with hours in a calendar month and adds shift templates, payroll exports and an overtime balance per person. For more people, write to us.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payment and handles returns, under the Paddle buyer terms. The price, including any VAT, is shown before you pay.
- The plan is active straight after payment and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in the app. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew after that. Your saved hours stay in your account.
- If we change the price, the new price applies only from your next billing period after we have told you by email, and you can cancel before it applies.
6. Refunds
You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days, without giving a reason. The details are in our refund policy. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Your data and the people you add
- The hours and other data you enter remain yours. You can download them as PDF and CSV at any time.
- You give us permission to store and process that data only as needed to provide Clockhund. We don’t use it for anything else and don’t claim ownership.
- If you keep other people’s hours, you must be allowed to, and you are the controller of their data. We process it on your behalf under our data processing agreement, which is part of these terms. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t use Clockhund for anything illegal or harmful, don’t try to break or overload it, and don’t access other people’s accounts. Keep your login links to yourself: anyone who opens one can sign in to your account. We may block access that breaks these rules.
9. Our software and brand
The calculators, the code, the designs and the Clockhund brand belong to us. You may use the results, timesheets and files you make with Clockhund for any purpose, including your business. You may not copy, resell or offer the service itself.
10. Availability
We work to keep Clockhund available, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service. If we ever decide to shut Clockhund down, we will tell account holders by email at least 90 days in advance so you can download your data, and refund any period paid beyond the shutdown.
11. Liability
Clockhund is provided with reasonable care, but we can’t guarantee that it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Ending use
You can stop using Clockhund at any time and ask us to delete your account; cancel a running subscription first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we do so without a serious breach on your side, we refund the unused part of your subscription.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For significant changes we tell account holders by email at least 30 days in advance; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before they apply.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz). Please contact us first at hello@clockhund.com; most things are quicker to sort out by email.
