Cancel your subscription

Here you can cancel your Clockhund team plan without logging in. Fill in the form and press the button; we confirm the cancellation by email right away, with the time we received it and the date it takes effect.

• Ordinary cancellation: the plan ends at the end of the month or year you have paid for and doesn't renew. Your account and saved hours stay; the account continues as a free account.
• Extraordinary cancellation (for good cause): tell us the reason. If it justifies ending the contract early, the cancellation takes effect immediately and we refund the unused part of the period; otherwise it takes effect as an ordinary cancellation.
