Refund policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026. This page explains refunds and cancellation for the Clockhund team plan, a monthly or yearly subscription. The calculators and the free account cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund there.
14-day refund, no questions asked
You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of that payment, the first one and every renewal. You don't have to give a reason, and we don't deduct anything for the days you already used the plan.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@clockhund.com from the address of your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle pays the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel the team plan at any time: in the app (Cancel subscription in the team plan box), on our cancellation page without logging in, or by email. It stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for and doesn't renew after that. Cancelling alone doesn't refund the current period; ask for a refund as above if you are within the 14 days.
Yearly plans
We remind you by email at least one month before a yearly plan renews. If you are a consumer and your yearly plan has already renewed, you can also cancel it at any time with one month's notice, and we refund the unused full months.
What happens after a refund or when the plan ends
The team plan's extras (more people, shift templates, the payroll export and balances) switch off and your account returns to the free version. Nothing is deleted: the people and hours you saved stay in your account.
Your rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer and to the Paddle buyer terms; it doesn't limit them. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason; with the refund above you get the full amount back either way.
