Use the form below or email hello@clockhund.com. We usually reply within one working day. If a result looks wrong, tell us the times you entered and the rule selected under "Overtime, breaks and pay", or attach the PDF; it helps us find the cause faster. What you send is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Purchases, cancellation and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller. You can cancel at any time in the app or on the cancellation page, and get a full refund of any payment within 14 days, see the refund policy.

Your data

What we store and why is in our privacy policy. If you keep your employees' hours, our data processing agreement applies. You can delete your account yourself in the app (Delete account, next to Log out).
